Residents looking to live in Midtown may want to start saving now.
New luxury condominiums, called 40 West 12th, recently went on sale with prices ranging between $500,000 and $2.2 million, according to a release on the project.
The 64-resident condos are a part of Atlanta real estate firm Selig Enterprises’ mixed-use project, 1105 West Peachtree Street. The project includes a 31-story office tower and a luxury Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel.
When the formal sales promotion hasn’t even launched and you’re already making appointments, it’s a good bet that the marketing team has done an outstanding job providing the real estate market with the information needed to create buzz and potential sales right out of the block — or in this case — out of the ground.
Selig Development and Engel & Völkers Atlanta have launched sales for 40 West 12th, the new luxury condominium at its mixed-use development 1105 West Peachtree. 1105 West Peachtree will also includes a 675,000-square-foot office tower, a 178-key Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, 20,000 square feet of street-level retail and a direct connection with Midtown’s Art Walk. Selig has started site work on the development and will begin vertical construction of the three towers later this spring.
