Selig Development on Thursday announced the hotel flag for its forthcoming 1105 West Peachtree mixed-use will be The Epicurean Atlanta, operating under Marriott’s Autograph Collection, with partner Mainsail Lodging & Development.
Selig Enterprises has announced the financing of its 1105 West Peachtree project, which includes the 64-unit luxury condo tower, 40 West 12th. Sales of the the condos, which range in price from $600,000 to $2.2 million, are also officially underway by Engel & Völkers Atlanta.

New luxury condominiums, called 40 West 12th, recently went on sale with prices ranging between $500,000 and $2.2 million, according to a release on the project.
The 64-resident condos are a part of Atlanta real estate firm Selig Enterprises’ mixed-use project, 1105 West Peachtree Street. The project includes a 31-story office tower and a luxury Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel.

Selig Development and Engel & Völkers Atlanta have launched sales for 40 West 12th, the new luxury condominium at its mixed-use development 1105 West Peachtree. 1105 West Peachtree will also includes a 675,000-square-foot office tower, a 178-key Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel, 20,000 square feet of street-level retail and a direct connection with Midtown’s Art Walk. Selig has started site work on the development and will begin vertical construction of the three towers later this spring.
